Low calorie coffee lovers treat
Continuing our theme of serving suggestions this week we are looking at the ever popular and utterly delicious Chocolate Pearl. This fantastic cake is both the starting point for so many other flavours as well as a decadently delicious Pearl in its own right.
Another firm favourite that has been with us from the beginning, is combined here with espresso, quark, and even more chocolate to make a dessert fit for any dinner party.
Ingredients
Take 3 Skinny Bakery Chocolate Pearls and cut in half. Place in a bowl and add the espresso, and leave to steep for 20-30 minutes.
Take glass and place the now coffee steeped Pearls in the bottom.
Layer 100g 0% fat quark on top of the Pearls and then grate over the chocolate.
For an extra special touch add a few chocolate coated coffee beans, then sit back and enjoy this decadent pud. Enjoy x
