Delicious Carrot Pearl dessert perfect for any time of day.

We see so many delicious examples online of the way people serve up our cakes and treats. Be it smoothie bowls, afternoon tea selections, or even baked into entirely new treat. They are fantastic to see so we thought we would share some of the ways that we love to eat our cakes at Skinny Bakery HQ, starting with that firm signature favourite, Carrot Pearls.

 

Carrot Pearls have been with us since the beginning and are a delightful take on the traditional carrot cake recipe. Perfectly balanced with sweetness from fruit and veggies and a slightly sharp note from our own cream cheese frosting, finished with toasty walnut pieces there really is something for everyone.

Our serving suggestion, carrot cake dream, mirrors all these wonderful flavours with equally healthy ingredients to provide a truly classy treat fit for any time of day.

  • 1 pack of Skinny Bakery Carrot Pearls
  • 100g  0% fat quark
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp toasted walnut pieces
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

Step 1:

Take a glass and place 3 Skinny Bakery Carrot Pearls at the bottom.

Step 2:

Top this with 100g of quark. If you cant get hold of quark you could always use a 0% fat greek yogurt here instead.

Step 3:

Sprinkle over the cinnamon and toasted walnut pieces.

Step 4:

Finish with a healthy drizzle of honey.

Step 5:

Now run and hide before anyone else can get there mitts on it! Enjoy x
