Try this speedy light & lovely 2-ingredient pancake recipe – ready in a matter of minutes.
For the pancakes:
Blend your ingredients with a stick blender (a Braun is a great choice).
Spray a frying pan with Fry-Light and dollop your mix in the pan. Fry until golden (about 1 minute each side).
P.S. Top tip: Stack your pancakes with layers of fat-free Greek yoghurt and slices of fruit in between and drizzle with light syrup.
